MEXARTS CONTRACT Project | “WEEKEND HOUSE” Executive Lounge at Hilton Nagoya

2025.12.18

In the heart of Nagoya, a “weekend residence” designed to ease the mind has quietly come to life.

Conceived around the theme “WEEKEND HOUSE,” the executive lounge is envisioned as a place to step away from the rhythms of everyday life and settle into moments of elevated leisure.

Whether choosing a sun-filled seat by the window, relaxing in an open area that recalls the comfort of a spacious living room, or sharing unhurried conversations around a long table with those who matter most, guests are invited to follow their mood and unwind at their own pace.

Mexarts Contract was responsible for the custom production of all loose furniture within the Executive Lounge, including dining tables, dining chairs, bar stools, sofas, and lounge chairs.
Our involvement began at the prototyping stage and extended throughout the entire realization process. To balance aesthetics, long-term maintenance, and implementation costs, we collaborated closely on structural optimization proposals and detailed technical drawings. Continuous refinement during production ensured that the design intent was precisely realized in the final execution.

Throughout the entire execution of the project, the team upheld meticulous craftsmanship and rigorous quality control, ensuring that every piece of furniture delivered meets the overall planning vision and quality standard of the space. Each detail was carefully realized to support moments of comfort and quiet pleasure for every guest.

The “WEEKEND HOUSE” Executive Lounge officially opened in November 2025. Guests are invited to slow down, unwind, and savor moments of genuine relaxation in this thoughtfully crafted space.
